Hackathon at impactNPO

6th-8th November 2015

Developed a WordPress website with a team of 9 over the weekend for Huntington's Disease Association Auckland. Primarily, I was the lead developer but my responsility also included to make 'how-to' video tutorials for the charity so that they could maintain the website thereafter. This hackathon was hosted by impactNPO.

Kiwi Sports

September 2015 Release

I developed my first Windows Store App called Kiwi Sports, an App that fetches the latest news, images, videos and more about the All Blacks, Black Caps and Silver Ferns. I developed this App using XAML and C# and integrated various API's. This App was developed as a part of the Microsoft Student Accelerator programme.

Hackathon at impactNPO

21rd-23rd August 2015

Along with a team of 8, we developed a WordPress website for Luck Venue- a non-profit organisation during the hackathon weekend hosted by impactNPO.

Hackathon at Charity-IT

17th-19th July 2015

Developed a website for Success for Little People- a non-profit organization, as a part of the hackathon event hosted by Charity-IT in Auckland from the 17th of July to 19th July 2015. We were a 7 member team inclusive of the product owner representing Success for Little People.

Project OMG

2013

This was an interesting project as we put together an HTML-based game for our multimedia project. My primary responsibilities included conceptualising the game, creating graphics and developing the game. We used HTML, CSS, JavaScript and VML to develop this game. (In picture: Team members Sagar Lone and Biswajit Mishra and myself)

Website for Inspira

August 2012

Designed and developed a website for the BMS Departments' annual festival 'INSPIRA'. Responsibilities included:

  • Ensuring that the website is up and running as per the given schedule
  • Constructing the website and meeting the expectations of the people concerned. This include designing and developing the website
  • Deploying the website
  • Solving any issues with regard to the website itself or any issues with the hosting and deploying of the website
  • Maintaining the website

The website was up and running only during the event.


Tulips cover page designer

December 2012-December 2014

I was responsible for designing the cover page for Tulips- a church bulletin. Each cover page was designed in accordance to a theme for that particular issue and conveyed the underlying meaning of the theme.
